The Barrat Lecture Complex is a modern lecture theatre venue, which is ideally suited for conferences. It is home to four, modern, fully air-conditioned and state-of-the-art lecture theatres. It boasts a delightful open-plan and spacious foyer/concourse area, perfect for conference displays and/or exhibitions, and for hosting special teas, lunches and cocktail parties. The main lecture theatre, Barrat Lecture Theatre 1, accommodates up to 411 delegates on fixed tiered seating with long lecture tables. It is equipped with a public address (PA) system, an overhead unit, visual presenter and data projector which projects onto a 6m x 6m wall screen. The hall has an advanced lighting system and is perfect for video displays and other media.

The Barrat Lecture Theater 2 is an exact replica of the Barat Lecture 1 and is situated on the same floor opposite to each other. It is set up in the same layout and accommodates 411 delegates. Downstairs is a smaller lecture theatre, Barrat Lecture Theater 3, as well as one seminar room ideal for separate and smaller conferences, seminars or workshops. Barrat Lecture 3 has a fixed tiered seating arrangement with long lecture tables and accommodating about 58 people. The Barrat Seminar Room seats about 20 people in a classroom layout and is fully equipped with a data projector, aircon and whiteboards. The seminar room opens out into one main venue for a larger event. The smaller room comprises a loose seating and allows for custom layout, according to the specifications of a particular conference. These venues are equipped with white boards and overhead facilities. Floor power points allow for data projection where arranged.
